Abstract

In this article, it is intended to make a summary of the reasons why it is denied to jurisprudence its place amongst the sources of legal production, besides to understand the effective importance of its insertion on the traditional methods of legal production´s side, considering the imperious necessity of a conceptual review of law phenomenon.
