The social dimension of the regulation process is essential to the construction of collective will, expressed by representatives, whose roles legitimate the formation of a general law. This process appears now, two centuries later, to remake the same itinerary, but in an opposite direction: from general to particular. Understanding such a journey is what we intend to undertake in two distinct moments, investigating, initially, (I) the process of elaborating a law which can be “generalized” to a community of citizens and, afterwards, (II) the return to the attempts of creating a law which can be “specified” to different social groups.Downloads
