This study aims to analyze the article 29 of the American Convention on Human Rights and its interpretative nuances. Pro-homine interpretation holds nuances that can only be understood by taking into account the correct concepts and presuppositions for its development. The internationalization of Human Rights allows for the establishment of minimum standards of protection, which are complemented by the precedents of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights in the inter-American regional system.Downloads
