On-screen research, using a qualitative analysis methodology, using the hypothetical-deductive approaches of a descriptive and analytical character, adopting a bibliographical research technique, deserves to make a dogmatic analysis of the changes and innovations that the Labor Reform aired in relation to expert fees. Thus, the characteristics and peculiarities of these fees in the Labor Court were used to know, differentiate and reflect the changes that occurred in the work process. Is it intended to answer if there is adequacy as the rules on expert fees in relation to the constitutional prism?
