Since 1990, in the labor world, the establishment of cooperatives has resulted in insecurity and precariousness for workers. In Higher Education it was not different, with the expansion of the private sector, in which the education institutions tend to look for a profit. The pressure brought by competition led to the adoption of different forms of labor activity. The labor cooperatives for teachers, in Higher Education, has thus been created with the clear objective of maintaining and expanding profit margins. The precariousness of work is demonstrated in its intensification, to reduce costs and wages, the loss of labor rights enshrined, including in the demoralization of the profession of a teacher. The result of all these changes has been directed at teachers, who were put in their precarious way of being and work.Downloads
