Teachers and young training in compliance with socio-educational measure: literacy, life project and young protagonism

Abstract

This article proposes i: to reflect about the formation of young people in the socio-educational system and interactions with teachers working in literacy projects and specifically, ii: to describe a literacy project developed in a unit of the Socio-educational System of São Paulo city and its repercussions on the adolescent's life project; and, finally, iii ) relate the teaching action in the socio-educational system to the formation of young groups that may become conscious leaders in their institutional actions. METHOD: This is the report of a literacy project of teachers working in the socio-educational system with adolescents in compliance with a socio-educational measure. In the discipline "Project of Life", in conversation wheels, the condition of the adolescent was discussed, making him aware of the social amplitude and the conflicts and contradictions resulting from his subjective formation. Our debate contributed to teacher training, pedagogical coordination, and identity training of students.
