The new ways of transnational regulation on the field of educational or a low intensity globalization

Abstract

The aim of this paper is to introduce an adapted written version of the “magna” class that was presented in the Master Course in Education of the Higher Educational Center in Juiz de Fora city, MG, Brazil, on March 23rd, 2002. The text mentioned above is an adaptation of other text that was written on the basis of a research led by Boaventura de Sousa and called “The Portuguese Society in face of the Globalization Challenges” (1995-2000), which interrogated the relationship between the national educative politics and the international organizations. (TEODORO, 2001).
