International Journal of Innovation

The International Journal of Innovation (IJI) is a scientific journal. Its mission is to serve as a periodical publication of scientific and technological works in the field of innovation, with a focus on emerging markets, studying individuals, organizations, ecosystems and policies.

The themes of interest to the periodical with a focus on emerging markets are: Innovative Entrepreneurship, Innovation and Learning, Innovation and Sustainability, Internationalization of Innovation, Innovation Systems, Emerging Themes of Innovation and Digital Transformation.


The IJI is classified as Level A4 in the newly proposed QUALIS/CAPES system. Three issues are published every year (January-April; May-August; September-December), and articles can be submitted in Portuguese, English and Spanish. However, only the English version of an article will be published.
