Copyright - Use of Images and Content from Other Authors and Sources
If the article contains images, photos, tables, media files, trademarks, logos, protocols, codes, social media comments, etc., that the authors and co-authors did not create, it is mandatory to provide the following documentation and information upon submission:
- Indicate with proper evidence whether the material is in the public domain or licensed under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0;
- Provide written and signed authorization and permission from the material owner to use and publish the content under the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 open access license.
For photos involving minors, authorization must be provided by the legal guardian.
Images published in other media: books, conference proceedings, journals, in print or electronic formats, must also comply with the requirements above.
Not accepted for publication:
- Images blurred in a way that hides faces, trademarks, social media comments, etc., as this practice does not exempt us from possible violations of non-licensed rights.
- Purchased images cannot be published in our journal, as they are usually not open access.
- Materials that have a license other than CC BY-NC-SA 4.0.
Before including an image or content in your article, it is important to reflect on the following points:
- Was it created by me?
- How will it add value to the content of the article I am submitting to the journal?
- Without this content, would the article cease to contribute to the academic community?
- Is the original publication location in the public domain or clearly and transparently licensed?
- Do I have the necessary proof to submit to the journal?
- If the necessary authorization cannot be obtained, we will request the removal or substitution of the content.
Do not assume you have the right to use content if you find an image on the internet, search engines, or social media, without explicit usage rights.
It is the responsibility of the author to ensure they have the legal right to use the material before submitting it to the journal.
The editorial team of the journal reserves the right and duty to remove any image, photo, table, media file, trademark, capture, logo, protocol, code, or other content, before or after publication, if the authors fail to provide satisfactory documentary proof of the legal right to use the material under public domain or the CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 license.

Authors need to provide detailed and clear information about the material they wish to reuse.
Ask the rights holder(s) to fill out and sign in the indicated location. There is no issue with using additional pages depending on the amount of content. The PDF is editable – to convert it into Word, follow these steps:
