The concept of the word “right” is dealed with the legal philosophy and there is not a common sense between the lawyers, philosophers and sociologists. History reveals that “natural law” and “codified law” lived together, till the last one gained weight and prevailed. Despite the differences between the “natural law”, recognized as the divine justice and the “codified law”, as a set of rules, both of them establish some general rules, able to sustain living in society. Their goal: the common wellfare. So, should we think about the reach of the law and if it is able to attest the will of the policy maker, be efficient and make justice or still, how to interpret the law´s will.Downloads
