It is analyzed through this study, the conflict that exists between the right to life with other right or fundamental principle: the right to refuse to vital treatment based on religious freedom, human dignity and autonomy of the will of the patient. Perform a study more specific about the refusal of vital treatment in confrontation with life, with the presentation of possible solutions to the problem. Refusal of medical treatment or surgical interventions, although much discussed in the doctrine, must be respected unless it conflicts with their lives, hermeneutically regarded as a greater good.
