Abstract

This article analyzes the arguments that support the idea of the correct answer on the right from the perspective of the theory of Ronald Dworkin decision. The basic assumption of law as integrity to Dworkin is the framework for integrity as a third political virtue , along with equity , justice and also due adjective process, which will set the foundation for his theory of judicial decision , whose expressions They are superlative in the fictional figure of Hercules judge. By analyzing the thesis of the correct answer Dworkin did it from the perspective of mathematics, ie, through an equation. Finally, what it is to demonstrate that you can always print a mathematical look to theories of law. In this particular case, through the Correct Answer equation is possible to demonstrate the relationship between integrity, judging the political will and the concepts of justice, fairness and due process adjective.
