Abstract

This text intends to make an analysis of the judgment by the Federal Supreme Court on the Extraordinary Appeal No. 603616 / RO - Rondônia, when there was an appraisal of issues involving the individual fundamental right inviolability of domicile and the practice of crime as well as the conduct to be exercised by the pubic agent in the hypothesis.
