Introduction: The Vascular Accident (CVA) is defined as a clinical syndrome, of vascular origin, and not sudden convulsive installation that lasts for more than 24 hours. Objectives: To analyze and compare the effects of muscle stretching, neural mobilization and vibratory stimulation in stroke patients. Methods: 40 subjects were selected, of both genders divided randomly into four groups: Muscle Stretching Group (GAM), Neural Mobilization Group (GMN), Vibratory Stimulation Group (GEV) and Control Group (CG). Before and after these interventions were assessed balance and functional mobility through scale testing of Berg and Timed Up and GO. The level of statistical significance adopted was p ≤ 0.05. Results: There was significant improvement in balance and functional mobility after application of the techniques, where the GMN and GEV stood out for quantifying best results, but on average intergroup, there was no statistical difference. Conclusion: It can be concluded that the three techniques applied brought immediate benefits to the public of the study participants with stroke sequelae.Downloads
