The aim of this study was to investigate the scientific production about influences of physical exercise and/or physical activity can have on cancer. Data analysis was shared in absolute and relative terms. In the former, quantifications were realized, and in the latter, descriptions were made from literature investigation. Results showed that 86% of scientific production investigated were written in English. It was found 21 scientific papers; 13 of them were experimental researches, and 8 of them were bibliographical researches. From these experimental researches, 9 of them showed a positive relationship between physical exercise/ activity and prevention or rehabilitation of cancer. This little number of studies, which link cancer and physical exercise/activity, seems to imply the necessity of new researches.
