This communication presents some results of research conducted in 2007 on the relationship of youth culture with the soap operas Rebelde and Malhação, and the mechanisms of projection and identification, resulted by this fictional work, such as its influence in the daily school of pupils aged between 12 and 19 years, from two public schools in the metropolitan region of São Paulo.Downloads
