The Bolivian educational system: principles and contradictions

In this text, it was intended to understand the current Bolivian educational system through the analysis of certain paragraphs of the Law 1565/94 which reformed the bases of the Bolivian educational system. The guiding hypothesis of this work is that such reform was not materialized because of the increase of social exclusion, concerning the descendants of native peoples as the undocumented immigration of these individuals, mainly to Brazil, has increased significantly. For this purpose, we considered authors who focus their work on critical analysis in relation to educational reforms promoted in the 1990s.Downloads
