this article aims to point out progress and challenges of the relationship between Social Movement and State match the formulation of public policies for the Field Education. This documentary research considers especially the educational practices of the Landless Workers’ Movement-MST in the context of the National Program of Education in Agrarian Reform-PRONERA, besides the elaboration of the National Coordination for a Field Education. Begins with the relationship (contradictory) between rights and public policies to situate the MST, its educational practices and the movement of Field Education regarding forms of political participation encouraged by the neoliberal project.Downloads
