Abstract

The aim of this article is to provide a review of competence concepts by emphasizing both the main required skills for undergraduate students, which were showed in the World Conference on Higher Education, and the specialized literature that is used by these students. It also brings some reflective considerations about the evaluation of abilities made in the National Course Assessment Test.
