Abstract

The article analyzes the process of drafting the BNCC in reference to the wider political context in which this process is being gestated, the various voices that it is expressed and the challenges of orchestrating these voices in writing the second draft of the base document. It shall carry out a raid to official documents in which BNCC is referred to and the Base Portal, virtual space, created by the MEC to collect and gather contributions on the draft texts of the base. They are addressed also some progress and limits of this second version of the document and pointed out the threats to the democratic process of their development in the context of the current political crisis in which the democratic rule of law is at risk. The approach of Richard Bowe and Stephen Ball policy cycle is the main conceptual tool used in the current analysis.
