Politics and financing in the YAE (Young and Adult Education): the changes in the politics of financing of the education and possible effects in the YAE

Abstract

The approval of the Fundeb by the n. 53 Constitutional Emendation presents some new features in relation to the Fundef despite it remains previous the countable logic. This article presents the main characteristics of new the found and especially analyzes the implications of this for the financing for Young and Adult Education (YAE), for this uses some parameters of the reality of the financing for the education from the data of the Secretariat of the National Treasure on the expenditures of the Brazilian states with education.
