With contributions in teaching of languages imprint interactionist socIodiscursivo, where gender is considered instrument, Dolz & Schneuwly (1998), the objective of this paper is to present part of my Masters dissertation on the analysis of a critical review carried out by initial and final a university student after the application of a sequence of didactic genre, as regards capacity for language, from a sequence of didactic genre critical review prepared and inspired by Machado, Abreu-Lousada & Tardelli, 2004a and applied to university.
