Abstract

The religious discourse is undoubtedly an enticing product of social interactions in which the manipulation process can be an important tool. Based on that theory, in this abstract it is aimed to discuss the religious discourse, specifically the one produced by the Universal Church of God’s Kingdom, focusing on the discursive manipulation mechanism.
