The Kardecism in São Paulo city

Abstract

In this paper we offer subsidies for the comprehension of the spirit doctrine, starting from the Kardecism approach, since its introduction in Brazil, in 1865, in the city of Salvador, to its implantation in the city of São Paulo, by the end of 19th century and beginning of 20th century. It discusses briefly the doctrine spread pioneers and the constitution of the representative entities of the spirit movement in the country.
