Knowledge production: implications about technological advance in Brazil

Abstract

This article presents a criticism concerning the global world scene, specifically about effects caused in the society’s way of life, conjugating diverse aspects around politics, economy and, mainly, in the shape of new social relations, currently articulated by the communication and information nets. It reflects about echnological innovation in Brazil, and how people deal with the demands of a globalized world, mostly the implications around social inequalities.
