Abstract

This article reflects about the relationship between Information and Communication Technologies (ICTs) and the role they played in the educational space. You reflections are supported in studies by MORAN (2009), FREITAS (2005) and KENSKI (2008), among others, for consider that teaching needs to incorporate the ICTs by placing them in the service of a teaching practice with the principle of effective teaching. In conclusion we suggest some tools applicable, use free, available on the Internet.
